This role entails building and maintaining new and existing contracts with healthcare facilities This role will help fill any current openings the facility may have, while asking questions and gathering of information to help determine if the healthcare facility is a fit for our company. This individual will facilitate matching healthcare professionals to our clients requests. This role will manage via phone and email every day to ensure satisfaction. When problems arise, the account manager is the first point of contact to resolve any and all issues. Forming a relationship and trust with the client is key. Income potential is uncapped.
The client manager/BRE will develop and implement effective strategies to build relationships, source, and secure contracts with hospitals or long term care facilities.
