Job Description

The Marketing Specialist at Prime Time Healthcare will be responsible for executing a wide range of marketing activities to support the company’s business development, branding, and engagement efforts. This role will focus on content creation, social media management, event coordination, and marketing campaign execution, with a strong emphasis on ensuring brand consistency and enhancing the company’s online presence. This position is ideal for a creative self-starter who enjoys managing multiple projects, has strong organizational skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist at Prime Time Healthcare will manage content creation, social media, events, and campaigns to support business development and branding. This role requires a creative self-starter who can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring brand consistency and boosting the company’s online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to support ongoing campaigns and promotions. Analyze metrics to measure success and optimize future efforts.
  • Content Creation: Design graphics, write copy, and produce creative assets for marketing materials, including social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and event promotions.
  • Event & Conference Support: Assist with the coordination of marketing efforts related to conferences and events, including the preparation of promotional materials, logistics, and post-event lead tracking. Provide on-site support when necessary.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Support the execution of targeted marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertisements. Track performance and report on outcomes.
  • Internal and External Communication: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and support outreach initiatives. Assist in drafting and distributing communications to internal and external audiences.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support daily marketing operations, including maintaining marketing calendars, managing vendor relationships, and assisting with ad hoc tasks such as booking flights for team members attending conferences.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms. (Canva, Hootsuite)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
