New to Travel? No Problem

Whether you're a veteran traveler or just starting out, we make the process as easy as possible to get you in the job of your dreams

Step 1: Introductions

After you reach out to us – through the quick app – one of our experienced recruiters will read over your profile and give you a call.

You will discuss travel needs, location preference, work history, benefits, and more.

We want to learn not only about you professionally, but also on a personal level.

Step 2: Onboarding

You are provided with paperwork, including our Employee Handbook, to kick start your Prime Time traveling contract.

For extra-security, your confidential documents are handled solely by you, your recruiter and our JCC® compliance department.

Time is of the essence! After you finish filling out the items, we work behind the scenes to fast-track your paperwork for approval.

Step 3: Job Search

Once all onboarding items are gathered and approved, your recruiter then searches for available contracts.

After comparing your healthcare profile to available jobs, they compile the best choices and review with you.

Your recruiter relays the important details for each job assignment. This includes pay, location, facility, shift, and any other pertinent information!

Step 4: Job Bid

You are submitted to the job opening of your choice!

Your recruiter submits your Prime Time Healthcare profile to the client manager and it is reviewed for an offer.

Step 5: Approval

Once receiving an offer from your chosen facility, we finalize the last step of your compliance paperwork.

This includes necessary clinical items and payroll documents. After this is complete, you are sent a contract agreement to sign.

Step 6: Departure

Your recruiter packages and sends you the final details of your new travel assignment.

The information you receive will entail: orientation, travel, lodging, start-time, and anything else needed for your first day.

Don't fret - your recruiter is just a phone call away! They will continually check in with you throughout the duration of your contract. If questions or concerns arise, they are ready to help you in any way possible.
