Q: Can you share a bit about your background and what led you to become the Director of Training and Development at Prime Time Healthcare?

A: "I have over 10 years of experience in Healthcare Staffing. My career began in behavioral health, but I quickly discovered that healthcare staffing suited me well. I joined Prime Time Healthcare because of its exceptional culture and commitment to its people. I’m excited to support and grow our team here."

Q: How long have you worked at Prime Time Healthcare, and what has been your most memorable experience here so far?

A: "I’ve been with Prime Time Healthcare for three months. My most memorable experience was when my team pranked me by telling our server it was my birthday at a team outing."

Q: How do you believe effective training programs can enhance the experience for travel healthcare workers?

A: "Effective training is essential for creating the best experience possible for our healthcare partners. If our internal teams are set up for success with the right knowledge and skills, it positively impacts their interactions with clients and clinicians."

Q: Can you share a recent initiative or project at Prime Time Healthcare that you’re particularly proud of?

A: "We are continually enhancing our technology solutions to ensure our teams have the right tools to succeed. Recently, we launched a change that improved a sales process. My team supported this by managing changes, working with super users, and providing training and resources."

Q: What is your favorite place you’ve traveled to and why?

A: "I love Hawaii, especially The Big Island for its diverse ecosystems. It’s amazing to see the contrast between the dry desert, lush rainforests, and active volcanoes."

Q: Is there anything else you want to share with our current and future employees?

A: "Finding cultural alignment with your workplace is crucial for job satisfaction. When your values align with the company’s culture, you’re more likely to feel fulfilled and motivated.
